Hold Policy
Two Sisters Too has a strict hold policy effective July 1, 2009.  If you request for us to hold an item or items, they can only be held for up to 72 hours.  We are sorry to say that we will no longer be able to hold items until a special order comes in.  We will UPS you the items we have in stock at the time in which we talk to you on the phone.

Return Policy
ALL SALES MERCHANDISE is final and no returns will be accepted.  If you choose to return an item, you have 2 weeks from the time you receive it to call us and return to our store  for a credit on your TST account good towards your next purchase.  However, the shipping charges cannot be refunded as they have been charged to UPS.  The return will be at your cost for shipping and a credit for the amount you spent on the item(s) will appear in our system on your account.
 
Special Order Policy
We gladly accept special orders as we understand the different needs of our customers.  When you place a special order we will e-mail you a copy of what you have special ordered along with the price and estimated delivery date to us.  When your order arrives at our location we will charge your credit card and send it to you immediately.  We will also call you to let you know that it is on its way.
 
Sales Tax Policy
We only charge Sales Tax to customers who live in the State of Texas.  All other states and outside the United States will not be charged Sales Tax.
